Our Catering Menu Includes:

  Meat items will serve approximately 4 people per pound.

• Side salads will serve approximately 4-5 people per pound.  All side salads (including chicken and tuna salads) are homemade on premises.

  • Mushroom salad
  • Deviled eggs (per dozen)

• Ready to serve Items served in aluminum sheet pans:
  Will serve approximately 15-20 people.
   
• Cooked meatballs
  (40 meatballs in marinara sauce) Italian sausage and peppers
  • Macaroni and cheese and 3 cheese potatoes
  • Mixed green salad w/2 dressings
     
• Platters
  Assorted hoagie and/or prepared sandwich trays:
  • Italian, ham/cheese, turkey/cheese, roast beef/cheese, veggie, chicken and / or tuna salad.
  • Assorted wrap trays: herbed tortillas, ham/cheese, turkey/cheese, roast beef/cheese, veggie, chicken and / or tuna salad
